Qi gong is a fundamental part of Chinese medicine. It allows strengthen the physical constitution and fight disease. The preservation of QI, life energy, is the main factor in protecting the body. The movements are simple, complete, to make the joints work, more particularly body parts that we don´t request, or request very little, in daily life. They are executed smoothly, slowly, with harmony and consistency but without limpness. The slow pace is intended to increase concentration and, in union with the inner strength and energy, it allows to regulate a good muscle tone. Consistent practice of Qigong is widely recognized as to obtain positive and effective results.

Relaxed position, relaxation of mind and deep breathing, are the three important elements of the practice of Qi Gong.

Tai Chi Chuan or Tai Ji Quan is a martial art, meditation and health practice. Suitable for everyone by its natural and gentle movements, it is a complement to any sport, art and everyday life. Martial art, health gym, philosophy of life, regular practice of Tai Ji Quan is a very effective tool to ease the tension and rediscover your vitality.
In Tai Ji Quan, every movement has one or more martial applications, making it practical and easier to perform. Tai Ji Quan reinforces grounding, stability, flexibility and allows refine the sensations and perceptions of self and the outside world, and improve the control of reflex responsiveness. Qi, life force, enlivens, nourishes, regenerates and protects the body; it gives life and sustains life. It must flow everywhere. The practice of Tai Ji Quan, the execution of the sequences regulates and harmonizes the flow of qi.
As physical activity, Tai Ji Quan keeps the body young and alert; it develops good coordination, softens and relaxes, stretches the spine, holds concentration, activates oxygenation and blood circulation and relieves stress.
